SCITEXT CAMBRIDGE accepts payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), PayPal to editor@scitext.com, bank-to-bank direct transfer or cheque. Credit card payment should state card type, number, expiry date, security number (if present), name on card and cardholding address, and amount in UK pounds sterling; your credit card company will automatically charge you in your local currency. Clients may send credit card details by fax. For direct transfer please request our bank account details, state yours, and notify us upon transfer. Cheques are payable to SCITEXT CAMBRIDGE.
Charges are: for editing by hand, 3.00 pounds sterling (GBP) (approximately 390 Yen, 30 Yuan, 4.7 US dollars or 3.6 Euros - see exchange rates) per 100 words. For electronic file editing the charge is 3.50 pounds (GBP) per 100 words, or 6 pounds (GBP) with changes shown (MS Word tracking). The word count should include all headings and captions and be rounded to the nearest 100 words. For the 5-day service multiply the charge by 1.8; for the 2-day service multiply by 2.5.
For translation from Japanese to English, we provide 10-working-day return at a charge of 5 pounds (approximately 630 Yen) per 100 symbols in the Japanese document. For the 5-day service multiply the charge by 1.6.
If you provide a descriptive link from your website to ours we give you a 10% discount. We give quotes and accept cheques in all currencies although clients will generally obtain better exchange rates using credit cards.
